“I started eating the full-fat real foods I’d been depriving myself of. I was sure I’d gain 10 pounds. But when I allowed myself to snack on, say, a slice of Gruyere and pancetta instead of fat-free dips and rice cakes, my portion sizes naturally shrank because the food was so satisfying and I lost seven pounds!”
